PENALTIES:  Once class registration is open for a particular group, registrants must be mindful to ONLY enroll during their applicable registration period as listed above. Should anyone register OUTSIDE their registration window/category (i.e., early) or without the applicable early registration code required, their registration will be cancelled, and processing fees withheld.

FEMALE DOGS IN SEASON:  In accordance with MDTC Training Regulations, female dogs are prohibited from entering MDTC training facilities or being on property while they are in season/heat.  Refunds for females identified as being in season/heat AFTER class start dates will only be refunded if the dog has attended no more than the first two classes less processing fees.  If the dog is pulled for being in season/heat after attending the first two classes, refunds will be in the form of a discount code(s) for an upcoming class session or period of time.

REFUND POLICIES:  ALL requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing/emailed to the MDTC Training Director, training@merrimacdogtrainingclub.org. Refunds will be issued for cancellations prior to class/seminar start dates minus service/processing fees unless otherwise specified on entry forms.  Refund requests after a class starts will be reviewed for approval by the MDTC Board of Officers/Directors on a case-by-case basis. If approved, those refunds will be issued as a discount code(s) for upcoming class session or period.
